You can explore the caves during low tide. There are many different sized caves to explore, some of them are big and you can walk through. Others are with narrow openings that you can crawl through. Make sure to check the tide timetable before getting into the caves as it is dangerous if you are trapped inside the caves during high tide. Allow time to return before the tide changes. These caves are pleasantly cool on a hot summer day and offer plenty of exploring potential.
